-No work/life balance if you got assigned in branch -Low salary with how much workload you have as a BDO or BOS -Salary increase is non-existence -No retirement plan (if you worked for tons of year expect tears when you exit) -Your health will get compromised due to stress -Bosses are BOSSSES! yep there is no leadership here expect to bleed ever month on area meetings -Unrealistic sales target, you have to stay up till next day just to make sure you close at 100% end of month. Yes we call dealers till early in the morning, punch their purchases without them showing, expect them to carry the burden of having too much debt so the branch can hit its monthly target. -DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY PERIOD!
