      I worked at PSP for 3 years and I loved it! I was in a loving and caring environment with a staff that was fun that also supported me.

      - reasonable PTO - great vacation calendar - students & families generally want to support the teacher

      Cons

      - some really large class sizes - admin prioritize math & ELA but convey second class citizenship for other content areas - admin are not interested or effective at managing egregious student behavior
