Pros
Convivial working environment and some great people to work with. Decentralized organization, allowing employees to take initiatives. Opportunities for job rotation and working in different markets / countries. Great brands.
Cons
In many occasions, there are contradicting messages from senior management between strategy statements and actual decisions. HR procedures are not always free of subjectivity. Work-life balance gets very challenging.
