      Cons

      - Limited Growth opportunities, due to the small size - Always want to do everything by the "Brand strategy" - very thin work-life balance line, especially for the Ontrade Team - You have to like drinking, and be ready to drink at anytime to survive on the field - Salary review is done annually only
