Pros
Fun, ambitious, young, creative, passionate team. I learned a lot about working for a large, global matrix company. If you work hard and fit in with the team there is great potential to develop within the global business.
Cons
Lots of internal reporting, some politics between departments get in the way of getting stuff done, you sometimes get the feeling of working in a bubble of the spirits world / Pernod Ricard world.
