Pros
This is a good company to work for, they take care of their employees. People are considerate and respectful of each other. You're given the space to breath and do your work, very little if any micromanaging happening. There were a couple acquisitions last year and that along with the new jobs they're winning will offer plenty of opportunity for growth. The Federal work is very nice, with jobs in many foreign locations, which i like. The benefits are good, some of the better ones I've seen in the industry... they offer a matching 401k (wish it was more!), health insurance is very good with a large chunk of the premium paid for, and if you opt for the HMO I think they company pays for it in full for the family, they also have all the standard policies like life insurance (wish we can buy-up on this policy, but its not an option), dental, STD, LTD. The teams based overseas have much better packages then those domestic, but then that comes with the territory.
Cons
It takes a while for you to earn more than two weeks of vacation. Workload can be overwhelming at times (overtime is expected), prove that you know how to do something and people will start delegating to you....some people probably need better skill sets for the positions they're in.
