Pros
The product has an excellent market fit and is extremely well received within the industry. PermitFlow is a rare "need to have". Outside of a few companies which have poured insane resources into having very robust internal systems and processes, there is no apples-to-apples competition. Extremely high-growth, hard-working culture. Everyone is highly competent and available. Leadership is fixated on retaining talented, hard-working team members. If you fit that profile, from a career development perspective, you have a rare opportunity to see different sides of the business and pivot according to your interests. Cons
This is a startup - don't expect to have your hand held. You must succeed in ambiguity, and go above and beyond your job description, which some find "unrewarding". Leadership is hyper-analytical and data-driven, and decisions will be made accordingly. This can be frustrating for those who have expectations coming from other environments. Any one star review on here is dramatic, although I do see where they're coming from.
