Pros
First and foremost the leadership team here is amazing. We have a fresh and energetic work environment and company culture. The CEO is a neat guy, really humble and brings his dog to the office everyday...we LOVE Xee! This is the best job I've ever had, and I genuinely look forward to coming into work every day. I like working here because I'm surrounded by intelligent folks and there is no hierarchy divide. Our individual roles within the company make a real impact. I like to describe Perks as having a Google mindset with a Ford powerhouse.
Cons
As with most smaller companies, the workload is heaver and employees have more responsibilities. Doesn't affect me personally-but doing International business can be stressful, so if you're easily flustered it may not be the fit for you.
