The Caliper merger and resulting leadership is failing, yet the employees are the ones taking the fall. Constant talk of growth is counteracted by non-stop cuts. Severe lack of patience and knowledge about product lines is hampering growth. Customers are becoming dissatisfied due to cuts in all areas.
