Any success Peritius Consulting has achieved is due to the hard work of our talent. We strive to attract and hire successful, senior level consultants. One of the ways that we retain high performing resources is to maintain a bench policy at full pay. In turn, we ask for productivity and contribution to the business as a whole. Employment separation is never an easy event, and we make every effort to secure engagements for any employee on the bench. However, like any organization, if we are not able to leverage those opportunities in a timely manner, occasionally we have to make tough decisions.
