Pros

Good people, good atmosphere most of the time and reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Mostly bad, confused management, that makes countless mistakes and bad decisions, on purpose or not. HR don't function - onboarding for new employees, farewells, or just someone to talk to. Not enough transparency in the company - a lot of secrets and things happening behind the scenes. Fancy meaningless titles that don't correlate with what people actually do, switching between employees' responsibilities without attention or care, and weird interpersonal relations with employees.

Pros

Engaging leadership, fun company and motivational events, Team that worked well together to win the deal and keep client happy.

Cons

Israel HQ meant early morning meetings. Friday had limited support from Israel (because Friday is part of Israel weekend)

Pros

* Super solution aimed at the problems of today, and what will become the future norm * The team culture creates true collaboration. I don't want to sound like a cliche, but its the people and the way we're organized that creates this amazing relationship. A "rising tide lifts all boats", and everyone, including management, is available to inform and help. * People, Product, Interaction. Its a really a great mix here. * You'll want to help your teammates succeed. And you will as well. * Work hard. Work smart. Be creative. If the above isn't for you, then there are plenty of other companies out there that tout warm puppies, beer hats, and couches to relax on.

Cons

We don't have every automated marketing / sales tech stack that creates all your templates, so all you have to do is show up. Don't worry. We have a great tech stack that allows you to be Creative & win. That's a good thing! Hence my point above "Work hard. Work smart. Be creative."
