Pros
The culture and environment of the office is mostly positive and encourages a laid back feel. For the most part project managers allow there to be flexibility with your schedule (project providing). The benefits have been great and the people you work with are great.
Cons
The company is on a constant path of change. They will completely change the way the company is organized and as soon as all things are just about ironed out they will change them again. There seems to be a disconnect between management and the day to day activities.
