Management doesn't hold direct reports accountable. Employees push off work on others so there is little collaboration. The organization lacked structure...changing CEOs every 3 years. Lacked growth opportunities.

Pros

Friendly, very helpful people throughout the entire global organization. Very supportive global teams with HR, IT, finance, engineering, sourcing. All of the local site employees have been very welcoming. The executive team is very engaged to ensure the most successful onboarding process possible.

Cons

Given the global nature of the business, it can be difficult to find the right person with the right information quickly. However, everyone is very helpful to guide you to the right person or information.
