Hello,
We always try to provide space for reviewers to share their authentic experiences, but when it comes to things like vendor selection and other important business processes, we do feel the need to step in to clarify how we operate.
For PerfectServe, vendor selection isn't just a "check the boxes" exercise. Every decision we make can ultimately impact our products, and those products are used by nearly a million users every day to facilitate patient care and orchestrate important day-to-day healthcare operations. We take these responsibilities VERY seriously, and we would never jeopardize our customers' trust or the reliability of our technology just to make a deal with a friend.
Every business decision we make, including decisions about which vendors we work with, is subject to intense scrutiny through an open and thorough review process. By the time a decision like this is made, every vendor at the table has been through multiple layers of review using many different lenses, and a winner is selected based on their ability to meet or exceed our requirements. Personal relationships aren't part of the calculus.
Simply put, our work is too important to take shortcuts with partners. That will never be standard operating procedure at PerfectServe.
