5yI am sorry that you were unhappy with your personal experience at PerfectHome and any customer service failures on our part.
Responding to lockdown was a really big challenge for our contact centres but I promise you that we genuinely value the effort everyone made to make sure we kept delivering a great service for our customers in such unique and difficult circumstances.
As with all the feedback on Glassdoor, your comments will be shared with our leadership team to see what lessons can be learnt.
We do encourage our team members to share their experience of working at PerfectHome on Glassdoor because we’re proud that people enjoy working here, which the vast majority tell us they do – our last employee satisfaction survey came in at 76%. If our request has ever been interpreted as a mandatory one, we are sincerely sorry. That was never the intention and we will ensure that going forward that this is made clear.
