      I truly enjoyed my time at Perennials. The operations team is great and I felt lucky to be part of it. The products are beautiful and it was something I was proud to be part of. I’ve also seen the company face difficult decisions, and I believe they handled them the best they could with integrity and care. Overall, it’s a great place to work and I’m really grateful for the experience.

      As with any company, there are challenges, but nothing that took away from my overall positive experience.

      Pros

      P and S has a wonderful team and each division and segment has truly become more integrated and aligned since I began. The product is king and the client experience is paramount here. The organization has come a long way to building structure and systems to better support the end user results. What I loved most is that I could ask for anything and it would at least be considered. The answer was never a hard no but rather how can we make this happen? I was supported by a wonderful management and leadership team and my peers were always very supportive.
