The team is growing in size while also building scalable processes. This helps with communication/sharing of knowledge and education/upskilling in your role. Great company culture with clubs, perks and events Transparent and room to grow in your role It is great to be given responsibility early on
Cons
Lack of structure/guidance in the beginning. Percolate has since corrected this in a very short time which is great to see.
