so many but let me explain in short 1 - every month you have to change your technology. 2 - No job security 3- rude management behaviour 4 - management not want employee growth 5 - They want servant not employee 6 - Not given any document when you resign here 7 - if they want they deduct your salary without reason 8 - so much politics
