Pros
Pepper is a friendly company with many internationals working there. A few qualities that connect these people are being open-minded, being understanding and wanting to help. I also want to emphasise the can-do attitude this company and its employees have in common. If you'd like to have the feeling of going to the office, sitting next to and working with your friends, Pepper is the right place for you. Having a great atmosphere at your workplace is so valuable and so rare. Be prepared for weekly team lunches and monthly team events. So don't worry, integrating yourself here won't take long. Also, I enjoyed using the Urban Sports Club membership as an employee benefit, I highly recommend signing up for it, once you join.
Cons
If you're not a fan of flat hierarchies and taking ownership, this company might not be the best place for you. I personally gained a lot of experience in managing ad-hoc tasks, managing people's requests and navigating amongst responsibilities. However, if you'd feel more comfortable in a standard corporate structure, where things stay the same, you should look for another company to apply to.
