      Poor Leadership - Branch Manager PeopleReady Employee Review

      Pros

      The potential there for it to be a decent work environment, but the gluttonous upper management would need to be replaced.

      Cons

      Too many to list. HR is either forced to dismiss Claims or informed upfront that they are to do as they are told. Bullying is allowed tenured upper management is allowed to do as they please and delegate unrealistic expectations to their managers. I’ve worked in corporate America for 25 years and this is the Most understaffed company I have ever worked for. Branches with one to three people are carrying the weight that could easily be too much for 6 to 9 people. People are expected to work 60 to 70 hours a week with no overtime for very long periods of time.

      Connecting people with work that paid daily.

      Cons

      Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
