Cons

Sometimes I don't find work in my location and then sometimes you have to get the position before it gets taken from someone else.

Pros

People there are fantastic. At the time I was there, C Suite was focused on growth and changing to a "Service Center" model, since discarded.

Cons

Clients & Branch start reaching out at 5:00 am & many nights won't stop till after 10:00 pm

Pros

Clean Facility and got the satisfaction of knowing you are helping workers find job propositions and opportunities

Cons

Management is highly stressed and unfortunately, that stress is taken out on staffing specialist by management. I got reprimanded in front of my team and threatened with termination. Toxic work environment within individual branches and among sister branches, specifically in the dfw area. Small technical mistakes are irreconcilable sins and leadership is threatened by job insecurity; reducing quality in management style and the overall daily work environment.
