Pros
Team was a fantastic lot everyone worked well together, everyone brought there own strengths and helped each other. No one was precious with information.
Cons
The manager was in no way shape or form supportive of her staff, she would make sure she covered her own back. She breached the rules but no one else could make mistakes.
