      Communication with employees is horrible, After you are on the job site you are on your own, they just started a weekly response service the responds with, We will respond within 24 to 72 hours, No urgency in helping employees with any issue that may arise.

      If you're going from outside of the US, like Mexico, is a good option, they help you at least with the VISA, and some bonus of relocation.
