Pros

- Bottomless coffee - Great place to gain knowledge especially for fresh grad - Quarterly profit sharing + bonuses - Employee Share Award Scheme - Car, mobile, dental, optical allowances - Friendly colleagues and managers. This depends on the specific team. - Good environment

Cons

- Always OT to meet expectations at a lower rate - Starting Salary is below market value - Slow career growth - No appreciation, rewards, training courses for employee. It's all about work. - Long notice period when resigning - Management focuses on taking in sales only while ignoring employee's well being and workloads. - Favoritism culture

Pros

- A company to go if you want to learn a lot of new things which can help you in your next job. - Supportive and friendly teammates who try their best under pressure and helpful. - 13th Month Salary when you work from December till next December. - Overtime actually pays quite well if your salary not above threshold.

Cons

- Project Planning? Even though our chairman motto during podcast interview is "Employee first, Customer second". But most of the time whenever customer requested anything last-minute requests with unrealistic deadlines or onsite. Company will just throw you to there which they don't give a care on what you are doing right now as our company is a Yes Man to customer (But not gonna lie actually this is our company selling point when selling the product). - Workload? Lack of Manpower which often lead to heavy workload to each team member where often each team member need to multitask a lot. - Salary? Well, as one of the company which infamous for stingy don't expect too much about this. - Work Life Balance? Sorry we don't do that here where you gonna be lots of overtime on it. Even if the overtime pays quite well but for the sake of my mental health, I rather not keep working even at Saturday and Sunday. - Guidance? Well initially when you are new there definitely will be, but afterwards most of the time you are on your own, which you need to crash onto the wall and learn it the hard way first. Can't complain too much though as I understand lack of manpower which make all the senior super busy.
