Pros
Used to be high energy and morale. The company initially seemed to care about its employees and was forward thinking. They had a decent amount of backing for a start up company and also had a great story. The people were also great.
Cons
They have completely lost their business plan (if they had one to begin with) and layoffs have caused extremely low morale. The app is glitchy; there are all types of problems in the branch code that are not easily solved. In terms of management, they are not transparent, layoff without a second thought to the people that they hurt, have no plan to support those that are impacted in the process or those left behind. It is pretty demoralizing to work really hard for someone only to watch them blow up something that you considered a common dream.
