      The NCCU has a great collegial team! They respect APPs and value our role.

      I think locally the team I work with values NPs but the overall insitutution could show their appreciation for APPs.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
