Pros
Since I work in a lab, it really depends on the PI of the lab. Hence, I can't vouch for the other employers at Penn State. But for my PI, he's really cool and keen to teach the students new skills.
Cons
While I was working here, they had a change in the payroll system, which made things complicated for a while. But aside from that, there are none that I can think of,
