I worked on a project where the folks were very set in their ways. Leads were never open to discussion and used unnecessary jargon, rather than clear open communication.
Leads never lost an opportunity to give negative feedback, while ignoring the hard work that was put in place.
Overall This place is only interested in what you can bring, not in elevating your career in any way.
The org has a fixed set of Lifers in each department, for the newbies it’s a rotating door.
