Pros

The individuals, thats all. Don't come here! Stay away, far away!

Cons

EVERYTHING! I have worked a ton of DSP jobs where dsp aren't treated like the cream of the crop but this one truly takes the cake. This place is so corrupt and absolutely horrible to its dsp. Management is lazy, dont care, backstabbers HR is there to protect the company, not the employees. If you have a coworker who is constantly trying to get you fired, and you go to hr thinking they with step in and promote conflict resolution? Forget it, they make the situation worse. I worked here for 12 years and recently resigned due to witnessing and being treated like a modern day slave. The mental stress of it all isnt worst it. I feel such relief now that im no longer working for such toxic people. These.people are inhuman but they shall one day, reap what they have sow. Every dog has its day, that's for sure. If you could count the overtime as a pro then fine but by the time u go through so much to get it, who wpuld even want it? No one. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The money isnt worth it. Id rather make less money but be happy.

Pros

The only thing positive about this place are the Consumers/Patients you take care of. It can be very rewarding. However, that is it.

Cons

Upper Management and Human Resources are extremely corrupt and low class. I worked at two locations where the Supervisor, each time, bullied and harassed me for literally no reason. They were miserable hateful individuals and wanted to project their hate onto a good hardworking person. This company also tried to trick me into signing a contract to end my Health Insurance, and at that time I had a serious medical condition that was being treated. They pulled me into the main office, police-interrogation style, sat me down at large conference table, and hovered over me while pushing me to sign my name in the papers they placed in front of me. Also, HR was absolutely no help at all during the harassment incidents. The one woman in HR, Andrea, threatened to fire me if I ever reached out to her again for help in any situation where I felt uncomfortable. These folks remind me of dirty cops and deserve to reap what they have sown.
