Training was almost nonexistent. Was expected to perform without having been formally trained on the products. When asking for assistance management cannot be bothered. Was pitched an open and welcoming environment but that was not the case. Work/life balance is extremely poor. Most expensive insurance premiums I’ve ever had to pay.
