Sometimes it's quiet, the company has grown a lot over the past years so as a part-time worker you can be working 35 hours a week.
Cons
No benefits, no room for growth, constantly adding new partners with no incentive, hours will be cut if you call in sick, I have ended up in the hospital more than once from this job once because I needed stitches and another time because this place drove me crazy.
