      Great work life balance, exciting work, FREE books and events! lovely office. flexible working hours. lots of groups and networks you can join, Great training offering, lots of diversity. very generous parental leave

      Wages aren't amazing for London but in line with the industry and they make up for it in other generous benefits e.g. parental leave

      Great writing, Top tier production

      The male director never asked me once how I was doing or offer any advice to calm my nerves (on my first production ever with them) which lead to a burdensome recording process.

      It has become less about the product and the people and more about the profit. No room for advancement. More work, less people, less empathy.
