Pros
Maybe there are some pros but their initial interview techniques are unprofessional and deliberately unclear about what the job will entail.
Cons
Expected to work free for a day without being told what it is you will be selling. On your work experience day you are transported somewhere without being told in advance. i.e could be to stand outside a supermarket trying to get people to take out credit cards!!! They don't tell you this at the interview so be warned ask them exactly what you will be doing, where and for how long.
