Learned a lot about the oil and gas industry and history through a training program. Also, learned a lot about the drilling side with WellView and some production.

Didn’t go that in depth of the different sides of the industry (production and operations).

Peloton has a really supportive culture, with the opportunity to learn and grow your skill set through various projects.

Compensation is on par with the market, although salaries are significantly higher working for the O&G clients we service. Flat organization structure, which makes it difficult to understand growth opportunities or career trajectory
