Pros
This is an extremely progressive company open to new ideas and they are not afraid to spend money. They brought on a team of developers, Engineers, and interns to study, develop, and work on projects outside their core products and services offerings. We are all treated like adults. We are given autonomy to work on projects and we are not micro-managed.
