People getting promoted by kissing butt. Had a supervisor and leadman that didn't know anything. Instead of giving long term employees the chance to advance, they would advance the people that are butt kissers. The plant manager would change the subject when you would ask a question. So, he wouldn't have to address the problem. So, many turn overs on employees do to the plant manager saying it's my way or the way. Got fired for standing up for myself without even getting a warning.
