Pros
Very good perks for a company at their stage. Good snacks, parking, lunches, etc. The people tend to be nice as well.
Cons
We only have a few thousand active users on our investment side. The engineering team is used to write mostly in house tools for our real estate and accounting teams. We end up being an IT tooling shop. Poor transparency in practice even though transparency is preached. Leadership give random updates all week, but are rarely consistent to reality. They also work a few of their teams to the bone. The real estate and legal teams use to work 70+ a week at month end. Servicing teams work really long hours as well.
