The resources here are great to build a solid uxr foundation with top notch clients like Google, Meta, Amazon, and some Indian companies. You will learn the craft and understand client needs well and is a good launch pad to crack big tech company offers.
Cons
Extended working hours, poor support, and limited learning opportunities as seniors are too busy and limited scope for experimentation. Internal courses exist but are only scratch the surface. The work culture is hierarchical and unfriendly, with rare open conversations and a one-way feedback system. Management disregards ethical boundaries, frequently expecting employees to “stretch” beyond 8-hour days. The environment turns hostile if someone doesn’t fit their mold. From my understanding this is a common agency culture in ux.
