Avoid - Sales Peeled Snacks Employee Review

It's a wonderful place to come to everyday filled with fun, motivated team members. The brand is amazing both from a product stand point and being completely on trend/well accepted. The amount of time off that is given creates a great work/life balance. Benefits start right away so no waiting period. And did I mention the brand is growing double digits in multiple channels.....unreal!

The only con I can put down is that you have to wait 90 days to enroll in 401K but that is not uncommon.

I have only been with the company a short time but, I have enjoyed every single second of it! The food industry is all new to me so there has been a bit of learning curve. But, with that being said, every members of the team has been patient, knowledgeable and super helpful in aiding in my personal growth within my role and the company as a whole. There is a lot of new staff, both in the office and on the road, which shows that they are getting the right people in the right roles and hiring as we grow. The office atmosphere is laid back but there is always a buzz around getting things done and what we need to do next to become more successful in the coming years. This company is incredible and I am so glad to be a contributing part of its continued success!

401k 90 day waiting period
