* Management support can feel inconsistent at times * Communication from leadership could be clearer and more supportive * Limited understanding or adjustments for neurodiverse staff * High expectations and pressure in a demanding environment * Can feel undervalued or not fully listened to * Decisions during probation periods can feel abrupt * Emotional demands of the role can be challenging * Limited opportunity for closure with young people when leaving
