Not a single positive thing to say about it. Shambles poor management and completely unprofessional

Where do I begin, the management is all about the money they do not care about staff and the risks they face.

* Decisions during probation periods can feel abrupt
* Emotional demands of the role can be challenging
* Limited opportunity for closure with young people when leaving
