      Pros

      This is one of the best teams I've worked with. People work together well and you feel like you're part of something. It's a young company with interesting ideas. Everyone is interested in doing great work. Egos are checked at the door. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      For some people it would be a con: sometimes things change quite quickly and you need to be adaptable. For some people, that's a plus.

      Pros

      Agile company. Quick to deliver solutions using the latest technologies and rapidly advancing the forefront of IoT. Add to this a handful of experienced industrial veterans with deep domain expertise, which results in an overall unique company that has solid tech and industrial expertise. Friendly culture and very hardworking team.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to find it's ideal business direction, as most startups are. Not a con, but it can be challenging and requires patience.
