      Good experience you gain from working there.

      Cons

      They don't care about their employees. Managers run the show. The end. HR is non-existent except to get people out from what I have seen.

      Used to be a great place to work/ Excellent work/life balance due to being fully remote.

      Has become much more corporate, more time spent tracking performance metrics than getting work done.
