      Pros

      Job is very flexible where you can make your own schedule and pursue your own projects. I was able to get a full ride to grad school and have a big network of RPCVs to connect with when I return to the US.

      Cons

      Training was lacking, staff is not very supportive, and very low pay

      Great work, good cause. Proud to be a part of the agency.

      Unable to continue due to doge, which seemed unfair. Not based on merit or worth but a number to be eliminated.
