Warehouse management has improved a lot since older reviews. The warehouse managers are great and are easy to approach and discuss things with. They are not difficult to communicate they are extremely helpful and fair. Warehouse management really cares about the well-being and needs of the team and employees. They will train and cross train into other departments if you speak to them. The team will look after each other if you communicate and tell them what is needed. Most are friendly and willing to help each other get the job done. The company looks after the staff and is fair.

Job can get repetitive and physically demanding. Frequency of shifts can change at any moment. Can get socially draining as you are working in silence most of the time.
