I enjoy coming to work everyday. The owners have done a great job of making changes for the employees as the company grows. The environment is great and it helps make our jobs that much better. It is truly a great place to be.

Since Payright is a service company, we need to be there for our clients, so there are only a select few Holidays we get scheduled off.

The people at this company are generally fabulous. The work is interesting with varied job duties and projects. Workforce product has huge potential.

The culture is completely toxic. Late hours, weekend phone calls, and constant stress are weekly occurrences. Leadership treats everything as a fire. As the company grows, it becomes more evident that there is no strategy from upper management. Communication is not something this company does well.
