Poor management. The owner is not a professional, he manages the company like if it is kiosk. getting paid late and other problems with the benefits offered when you were hired is very discouraging. The owner can be very rude when he talks to employees, like if he's perfect and the rest of people are dumb. Some ways of doing business of this individual are questionable!
