      - excellent leadership - great culture and mission - opportunities for career growth - compensation is in line with industry

      Cons

      - medical benefits are limited but sufficient. Would love an HSA option. - would be nice to have a 401k match

      As a startup, everyone is working towards a common goal. It can get busy and stressful sometimes but management is great and super understanding the product itself is great.

      Limited resources and staffing, limited professional development, and training material materials
