Pros
Payline is all about creating and living up to the altruistic culture of giving back and working as a team. There is a real "melting pot" family atmosphere at Payline and as we've grown each additional new employee has been welcomed and encouraged to carve their own niche. Payline is great because your managers will discover your true unique strengths, ask about your innovative ideas and coach you to become the best employee you can be. Many people here have never worked in this industry before and management has made employee happiness and self worth their utmost concern. Everybody that works at Payline has a feeling that It is "their" company. If you are driven and like the idea of joining a "group mind" then Payline will be a great fit.
Cons
I have no cons. It's the best company with the best boss I've ever had. As a company that is growing rapidly the workload can be shifty as positions are created and roles become more defined.
