      Flexible WFH policy during and after pandemic

      Cons

      - No clear career path, no promotion guidelines, hiring from outside for an upper management open position (but the newly hired's performance just so-so or disappointing). - Too many rapid changes in company's roadmap.

      Pros

      While I worked there, I had good insurance and good benefits. The people are so good. Everything was fine until they merged with Singapore.

      Cons

      They terminated my employment but are refusing to report the termination to the Ministry of Manpower. As a result, I've lost my right to severance benefits from the government.
