Pros

Autonomy, 50% of internal staff is good with knowledge share & have some long tenure employees

Cons

Management Favoritism, no defined rules of engagement for quota carriers, quota much higher compared to higher to other service bureaus. Managers also tote bags so availability is limited, no mentorship, high key staff turn-over. No formal on-boarding program or career pathing for employees. No off boarding with exit interview or surveys to learn of why working relationship ended.

Pros

There aren’t many but i will say that the payroll system used is very user friendly. When all the correct payroll info is provided it can be a smooth process.

Cons

Well there are several. If you want to work in an environment where you are being evaluated by your peers because management says “I can’t be out there to see it myself” that is cause for concern. No one in there is truly happy they are just doing what they must to keep a job. The management are blatant liars who tell you the company is growing but that cannot keep anyone. And if you like working in a dictatorship where you are talked down to like you are remedial this is the place for you! Also they don’t tell you about all the other pitfalls concerning the barrage of phone calls and having to have someone “cover” you just to take lunch. Not to mention the whispering and cliquish behavior by some of the workers.
